Staff Rules

Staff Rules

Internal expectations for executives, developers, testers, and Discord moderators.

Internal standards

Staff access comes with expectations.

These standards apply to executives, developers, testers, and Discord moderators. The goal is simple: protect members, protect projects, and keep staff actions reviewable.

01

Act Professionally

Staff represent Saphix Development in public channels, tickets, staff spaces, and project conversations. Stay calm, clear, and respectful.

02

Protect Internal Information

Do not leak staff channels, private tickets, project files, logs, moderation evidence, role IDs, or unreleased plans.

03

Use Evidence Before Action

Review context, screenshots, logs, ticket history, and prior behavior before taking serious action.

04

Do Not Abuse Permissions

Developer, tester, and moderator access exists only for assigned work and community safety.

05

Escalate Serious Issues

Threats, scams, doxxing, raids, staff misconduct, leaked credentials, and payment disputes go to leadership quickly.

06

Respect Chain of Command

Developer issues move through the Development Team, moderation issues move through Discord Moderation, and executive calls go to CEO/COO.
