Terms of Service

Saphix Development TOS

These terms explain service usage, project expectations, payments, ownership, prohibited activity, third-party platforms, and access termination.

Note: This is a strong operational policy draft for Saphix Development. For final legal protection, review it with a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Saphix Development websites, Discord servers, bots, dashboards, support systems, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website, support server, bots, dashboards, or services.

2. What Saphix Development Provides

Saphix Development provides support, development resources, project pages, documentation, Discord systems, bot systems, website work, Roblox project support, and service-related communication for Saphix Studio’s projects.

Specific project scope, delivery expectations, prices, deadlines, revisions, and ownership terms may be handled in separate written agreements or support tickets.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, maintain access to your own accounts, follow Discord and third-party platform rules, and avoid actions that harm Saphix, clients, staff, developers, or other users.

You are responsible for backups, credentials, billing accounts, hosting accounts, bot tokens, Discord permissions, and any platform access you control.

4. Orders, Delivery, and Revisions

Work begins only after the scope is clear and any required payment, information, or access is provided.

Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Delays can happen due to missing information, platform issues, client-side changes, hosting problems, or third-party outages.

Reasonable revisions may be provided when they match the original scope. New features, major redesigns, or scope changes may require additional payment or a new agreement.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms depend on the specific service or agreement. Deposits, partial payments, milestone payments, or full upfront payment may be required.

Refunds are not guaranteed after work has started, files have been delivered, source access has been shared, or custom time has been spent.

Chargebacks, payment fraud, fake receipts, and refusal to pay for completed work may result in service termination, access removal, and blacklisting.

6. Ownership and License

Unless agreed otherwise, completed client-specific deliverables may be used by the client after payment is completed.

Saphix may retain rights to reusable systems, templates, internal tools, development methods, generic code, design patterns, and pre-existing assets.

You may not resell, leak, redistribute, or claim ownership over Saphix internal tools, private templates, source files, or unreleased work without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Saphix services, bots, dashboards, websites, or deliverables for scams, phishing, malware, raids, harassment, spam, token theft, illegal activity, platform abuse, or unauthorized data collection.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, attack infrastructure, scrape restricted data, reverse engineer private systems, or interfere with service operations.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Saphix projects may depend on Discord, Roblox, GitHub, hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, databases, analytics tools, and other platforms.

Saphix is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, rate limits, bans, pricing changes, policy changes, permission issues, or account restrictions.

9. No Guaranteed Uptime or Perfect Compatibility

Services are provided on an “as available” basis unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

We aim to provide stable work, but we do not guarantee that every website, bot, dashboard, integration, or feature will remain uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all future platform updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Saphix Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost members, lost data, lost business, or platform penalties.

Our total liability for a paid project is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Termination

We may deny, suspend, revoke, or terminate access to services, support, websites, dashboards, community spaces, or project systems if you violate these terms, community rules, platform policies, or project agreements.

Severe abuse, scams, leaks, threats, phishing, raids, or security issues may result in immediate permanent removal.

12. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated when services, rules, legal requirements, or platform policies change.
